Leadership Coaching

Coaching is a thinking partnership that helps you navigate through challenges, dilemmas, and deep transformation and strengthens your capacity to harvest experiences and insights to create a better future and reach your goals.

You will have a confidential and experienced space to explore how to best chart a meaningful way forward. You will be fully listened to, encouraged, and challenged so you can act with courage and clarity.

The coaching will help you stay energized and focused, so you can create impact that is regenerative and allows you to thrive. These are emergent conversations with purpose and intention with respect for the fact that we are always “in the middle of something” and evolving as human beings.

The 1:1 leadership coaching can take place virtually or in person depending on location. 
 

Team Coaching

Coaching a team is a partnership that typically lasts over a longer period and involves a whole team. We use best practice from individual leadership coaching but focus on building a co-creative and reflective space with the team collectively, and hold space for all the diversity, individual relationships, and team dynamics. 

 

The work is team led with common team purpose and shared team goals and aims to build sustainable high performance and impact over time. The added complexity of coaching a whole team means we tap into key competencies around systems thinking, group psychology and multimodal facilitation to build greater awareness both individually and as a collective team. The purpose is to help the team build sustainable practices and increase their team cohesion.

Team coaching can take place virtually and in person and is often a mix of these two. 
 

Psychotherapy

Sometimes our enquiry needs to go deeper to surface a more free and authentic expression for ourselves. The challenges of life can be an opportunity for development and greater vitality. The aim is to build a profound understanding and appreciation for who you are, your stories and what shaped you, so you can move forward feeling resourceful and full of life to live your full potential – to heal yourself.

Integral psychotherapy draws on the most respected psychological theories and psychotherapeutic methods, so the approach is holistic and specifically tailored to you. Whatever your themes you have for the therapy, you are met openly, in complete confidence and with great empathy.
